É isso mesmo: estou constipada e é mais ou menos assim que me sinto. Não fui parar à cama, mas os espirros e os lenços dão cabo de mim. A constipação demora a passar e os agradáveis chazinhos não são o suficiente para a combater... este tempo entre o fim do Verão e o início do Outono, em que chove, faz vento, às vezes faz frio, outras um calor insuportável costuma ter este resultado... esperemos que passe em breve!

That's right: I have a cold and this is more or less how I feel. I didn't hit the bed, but the sneezing and all the paper scarves are too much for me. This cold is taking time to pass and the nice cups of tea are not enough to combat it... this time of the year between late summer and early autumn, when it rains, gets windy, it's sometimes cold and sometimes an unbearable heat usually have this result... hopefully will be gone soon!

I'm in the same state today: runny nose and sneezing away. I will go and buy some lemon to combine it with honey and go to bed early tonight.
